Office staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful regarding our day trips into Olympic National Park. Also, our truck battery had died the morning after arriving. Camp staff help jump start the truck and direct us where to go for a replacement. Clean showers and bathrooms. Would definitely stat here again!

I had a very nice two day tent camping experience here. I was most impressed with the friendliness of the people who work there. They made available to me a electrical outlet for charging my E-bike . Pizza night was awesome. Delicious pizza for free. The showers , bathrooms and laundry were all clean and in good shape. The tent sites are separated nicely so you have some privacy. There is a small amount of road noise that you can hear but I did not mind it . And I was unable to connect to the wifi . My phone did not find the wifi network. I would certainly stay here again.

This is a nice campground. I wouldn't want to back into some of the spots, but most of them are fine. I absolutely love that they have a community garden for herbs and some vegetables!! That is definitely a plus!! The showers & bathrooms are clean and kept up, as is the laundry room.

Made a great launch point for our visit around Port Angeles (& day trip to Victoria Canada). Very helpful staff. A lounge/laundry/ full kitchen room. A lawn with volleyball, corn hole and other activities. A garden a rea to enjoy. Free Wi-Fi too! Pay showers, full hook-ups fire trailers-RVs. Lots of tent camping spaces. Just outside of town so fairly quiet.

What a wonderful place. We stayed in one of their secluded full hook up spots, and it was well worth the extra money to have our privacy. The staff here is wonderful the facilities throughout are very nice and well taken care of. The bathrooms and laundry room are very clean. In the laundry room there is a nice seating area to rest while your clothes are in the laundry if you choose to do so. There are many games for kids to play around the site, a lot of cool tree carvings, and just an overall welcoming atmosphere. Not your normal RV park. Finally there is a beautiful fresh garden that has all kinds of herbs and fresh lettuce and also a small greenhouse with a couple of lettuce towers. It’s also very close to downtown Port Angeles and very easy drive. There are very nice bike trails and hiking nearby which we used and also from here we visited Cape flattery, Shi Shi Beach, Lake Crescent , and hurricane Ridge. We were here for four nights.

Don't overlook this treasure!! While planning our trip at home I was not excited about this campground because the sites looked so close together. We had decided on our trip at the last minute so not much was available. I am so happy we stayed here. There are sites in the park that are more private. But its the people who work at this park that makes it so special. Owners and employees are the friendliest and most helpful people we've met on our trip. At check in the staff provided us with lots of area information. The park is welcoming and homey, with thoughtful touches all around. There is a common area with a pizza oven and firepit, volleyball, basketball and games. A library and a garden where you can take veggies and herbs. A very clean bathroom with comfortable hot showers. We took a day trip to Butchart Gardens and our Lyft and Uber rides didn't show up. (Later found out there is one taxi service- Sun Taxi) The park manager jumped in her car and drove us to the ferry! They also provided excellent dog walking and care for our small dog. She was well cared for all day. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to go back.
